Mr. Rodriguez has over 25 years of comprehensive architectural experience encompassing residential , commercial , cultural, institutional, science and technology, educational, hospitality and mass transit projects. As an Architect, he has full responsibility for projects from inception to completion, with hands-on involvement working with owners, building users and consultants. A collaborative designer, Mr. Rodriguez participates in the program development and design conceptualization of projects, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration. Mr. Rodriguez collective experience demonstrates his ability to coordinate complex phased projects with large consultants teams and multiple contractors, as well as smaller projects requiring rapid pace and focus.
Mr. Rodriguez worked with Gwathmey Seigel Associates, Polshek and Partners , Hardy Holzman Pheiffer Associates and Hillier Group prior to starting his own architectural office in 2006.
Mr. Rodriguez builds upon a diverse portfolio of work that includes the Glaxo Smith Kline Laboratory, Cleveland Public Library, University of Iowa Alumni Center, Lawrence Tech School of Architecture, Mashantucket Pequot Museum and Research Center, CUNY, Brystol Meyer Squibb Laboratory, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Clemson University Alumni Center, National Starch ICI Corporate Headquarters Office Building, Essex House Hotel Renovation and Hunterdon County Polytech Vocation School. Victor holds a Bachelors of Arts degree of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and is a licensed Architect in the State of New Jersey.
